The biography of Andrew Watson, a Scottish international during the early years of the game. Born in the West Indies in 1856, the son of a Scottish plantation owner and a free woman of colour, Watson received a first-class public school education but dropped out of university to become a footballer in Glasgow, winning the Scottish Cup on 3 occasions with Queen's Park. Watson also played for the Swifts and the Corinthians when working in England and was known as the 'Scottish Professor' for his intricate knowledge of football. Published in 2021.
